Trying to add more veggies to your diet, but still craving pasta? Try this dish that combines both of these worlds.
Step 1
Boil pasta according to instructions until al dente.
Step 2
Boil green beans for a couple of minutes until soft.
Step 3
On a pan fry chopped red onion with garlic for a couple of minutes until golden. Then add tofu (cut in small cubes) and fry for another minute. Afterwards add chopped bell pepper, tomato, and kale to the pan and fry for another minute.
Step 4
Combine the boiled pasta with fried veggies, add spices and oat cream. Mix well.
Step 5
Serve the pasta with boiled green beans and salad of your choice.
