You can add your own foods, set the nutritional values for every component and use the foods in your diary and recipes.

Your nutrition diary is accessible from any device with internet. Automatically synced between all your devices.

Can I configure custom goals and priorities?

You can set custom requirements for any of the components, including macro or micro nutrients, as well as vitamins.

Do you have an API for foods and nutrition information?

We do have an API that allows you to search for foods and access nutrition information. Contact us for more information.

Where do you get your nutrition data and facts?

To ensure the most complete nutritional tool we use a combination of available data (including USDA), and our own proprietary data algorithms. Read more in our Data Sources article.

Is it possible to log in my diary ahead?

Yes, you can use your diary to log foods on any date you wish, including future dates. It is a convenient way to play ahead your meals. You can also edit any historical entries in case you made a mistake or forgot to log something.

Do you have a barcode scan?

Barcode scan feature is not available at the moment but we are working towards integrating it in the future. The immediate problem with barcode scanning is that there are no nutritionally complete databases linked to barcodes. Most foods have only macro elements and do not qualify for our data standards. We are working towards integrating barcodes with our Reverse Engineering algorithm which will ensure the single most complete nutritional scan. You can expect this feature in the near future.

Is it possible to share my custom foods and recipes?

Yes, you have the ability to share your foods and recipes via links. You can set your recipe to be private or shareable via link. It allows you to easily share your favorite recipes with your friends, as well as ensure they are able to log those foods in your diary.
