What We collect

• Your food diary, including foods, amounts, meals and notes
• Your body details: age, gender, height and weight
• Your activity level, diet type, food preferences, nutrition goals and nutrition standard
• Photos You take of food and nutrition labels, and text You type to describe a food or recipe

This data can reveal information about Your health.

Where We get it

From You, when You enter it in the app or connect a service to Your Account.

Why We collect it

To show You Your nutrition, set and track Your targets, give You insights, read the photos You submit, and keep the Service secure and working. We don't use it for advertising.

Who receives it

We use these service providers to run Nutriely. They process data on Our behalf:

• Google (Cloud Vision) reads text in the photos You submit
• AI model providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) analyze the photos and descriptions You submit
• Sentry and New Relic record errors and performance, which can include data from a failed request
• Vultr hosts Our servers and stored files, Cloudflare carries traffic to Our website and app, and Mailgun sends Our emails

We share it with anyone else only with Your separate consent, or where the law requires it. We don't sell Your consumer health data.

Our app analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) and subscription provider (RevenueCat) receive which screens and features are used and Your purchases. They don't receive Your food diary, Your body details or which nutrients You look at.

Your rights

You can:

• confirm whether We hold Your consumer health data, see it, and get a list of those We shared it with
• withdraw Your consent
• have Your data deleted, including by Our service providers

You can delete Your Account and data in the app under Your profile. For anything else, write to [email protected]. We reply within 45 days and We may need to confirm it's You.

If We decline Your request, You can appeal by replying to Our answer. We decide appeals within 45 days. If Your appeal is denied, You can complain to Your state's Attorney General.
