Instructions

  • Step 1

    Roughly chop all the vegetables (cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, onion, garlic) and place them in a blender.

  • Step 2

    To the blender add spices and vinegar.

  • Step 3

    Blend, gradually adding oil, until smooth.

  • Step 4

    Serve with finely chopped vegetables, basil, herb oil, and bread.
