Coping meals

There are multiple ways you can re-use repeated meals without needing to re-log every single item.

Recent Meals

Go inside the meal, for example, breakfast and press Add Food. This takes you to the add screen which presents many options to log an item. One of the tabs you see contains a time icon which represents Recent Items.

Recent items are split in 2 sections - recent meals and recent foods.

Recent meals are exactly that - items that you logged in a different meal. If you are eating exactly the same you can press the plus and it will log the exact items into your meal. If you want to modify or remove an item you can do that by pressing on each meal and then logging.

Recent foods are individual items that you logged recently. They update whenver you add a new item. This is useful in case you have some items that repeat across meals, but not the whole meal.

Copy From

When inside the meal add screen on the top right corner click three dots. You will be present with a Tools section, including Copy from button.

This button lets you select a date and a specific meal you want to copy.
